1 big size cauliflower
200 gram fresh green peas
2-3 small tomatoes
1-2 small size onion
1 small piece cinnamon
1/2 tsp saunfe
1/4 tsp jeera
few Curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
2 tsp oil
1 fresh green chilli


  • Wash and chopped the cauli flower small pieces (take only the top flower parts)

  • Chop tomatoes,onion,Green chilli very small pieces

  • Slide the green chilli

  • Heat a pan in a oil and add jeera,saunf and cinnamon fry few minutes and add onion the onion get brown in colour add tomatoes and green chilli and curry leaves fry for few minutes

  • Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and salt simmer the fire and add the chopped cauliflower and peas ,mix well cook for few minutes and add little water cook for 5 minutes till the vegetable cook and tender.
  • serve hot with Rodi or rice
