1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
- Clean and wash cut all brinjal length wise
- Add red chilli powder and salt ,mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan add the brinjal ,fry for few minutes and simmer the fire cook for 5-10 minutes ,the brinjal cooked and tender.(sprinkle little water while cooking the brinjal)
- Garnish with 2 tsp fresh grated coconut and serve.
