Ingredients
10 -15 small baby potatoes
3 garlic coves
1 tsp red chilli powder
5 small onion
1 ginger small piece
oil for fry
salt to taste
METHOD
- Wash and boil the potatoes ,cool and peel
- Grind red chilli powder,onions,ginger and garlic in to a coarse paste
- Heat oil in a pan fry the potatoes until it crispy brown and take out the potatoes
- Mix the ground paste in the friyed potatoes
- Heat little oil and fried the masala potatoes for few until the masala cooked and coated do it in simmer fire
- serve hot .
