Ingredients
5-8 big tomatoes
3-4 onions
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp saunf
few curry leaves
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
METHOD
- Chop the onions length wise,and chop the tomatos very small pieces
- Heat oil add mustard seeds ,when they cracked add the saunf and add curry leaves ,onions fry the onions for few minutes and add the tomatoes, fry for 2-3 minutes and add the red chilli powder and salt .Cook for simmer 5 minutes, still the vegetable well cooked (,do not add water) ,if require add 1 tsp oil or ghee.
- serve with puree or roti
